After repairing and replacing the display when I detected significant defects on the spot, I was offered a phone replacement option, but in reality it turned out to be a usual replacement of the case of a different color, after that the GSM sensor stopped working, I did not catch the signal of the network, people could not contact me, I could not get through to anyone. Also, a Vietnamese firmware was found, which directly prevented the use of the phone in full. I was not updated by air because of this, I finally returned to the xiaomi department in the diamond, to which I was informed that they want to take the phone for diagnostics again, gave it, the sensor was done, the soldering was done, it seemed like the phone was working, but it did not suit the Vietnamese firmware , when he wanted to write a claim, the administrator himself asked me to write a claim after the warranty expired, and I asked him again after the warranty expired, I did not prove anything, the administrator directly reported, confirming to me in verbal form that I did not want anything to anyone I showed them that I was running around in their company department for a year, wrote a claim (and even when writing the administrator dictated the text profitable to them) in free form, and got a refund, after another malfunction of the repeated problem with the display, the truth of the already installed new one. The phone was in repair for a long time. Service is not happy. I do not recommend this department to the TRK diamond.
