By e-mail, in the process of correspondence with this medical center, I agreed on the date and time of the examination and arrived in person at the appointed date and at the appointed time, taking with me the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation and the necessary amount of money. Despite the fact that I was recorded and the opportunity to conduct a survey was, the administrator categorically refused to send me to the procedure, citing the fact that my mobile phone was not indicated in their program. No reasonable reasons, besides the fact that the phone requires a program, I was not voiced. I consider this a flagrant manifestation of disrespect and discrimination of patients. You never know for what reason a person may not have a phone, I think that this cannot be a reason for refusing medical care. Moreover, I have already been recorded by email. I have a history of correspondence with a medical center. Never in the process of correspondence did the employees of the medical center indicate to me that they would not accept me without a phone number. Apparently, the calculation of the employees was that a person, since he had spent money and time on the road, he wouldn’t go anywhere upon arrival and would already say his phone number. I have been to many medical centers, but only here I was so cynical, and possibly even illegally denied medical care. I didn’t take this center by storm - since they refuse, I had to leave. In vain, he only spent his time and money on gasoline.

A wonderful clinic with really clever specialists. Appealed to "Carmel" after in two other institutions I could not be diagnosed accurately, but here I was completely pre-examined and immediately clarified the diagnosis. Now I have an operation in the same clinic. I hope that everything will go well, while I really like it.
