We would like to express our deep gratitude from our family to the surgeon Bogdanov Sergei Gennadievich! Removed his son (6 years old) atheroma of the scalp. Thank you for the wonderful attitude, professionalism, approach to the little patient. The child is happy, not scared, everything went well! The stitches were removed today! The doctor I visited is just wonderful! but the administrator with whom I spoke on the phone turned out to be strange. Not only did she call me at 9 in the morning to remind me about the recording the next day, it was my only day off and I wanted to sleep. So a week after the appointment, she (I recognized her by her voice) called me again to clarify about the recording, although I did not record any more, because not necessary. And within 10 minutes I called 4-5 times, I had to interrupt the lesson to answer. The first time I come across this, to be honest. Don't your administrators have rules for calling customers?

I would like to single out from the large team the nurse of the treatment room - Oksana Sergeevna. Such a kind and sensitive specialist. Her selfless work repeatedly elevates the medical profession, gives the best impressions about the clinic and leaves a good mark on the patient's soul. Despite not working hours, Oksana Sergeevna received my daughter, took the necessary tests, and saved us from another trip to the hospital at this turbulent time. We are from Troitsk! I have never regretted that in such heat we arrived at the good doctor, I signed up with the son Shakhbanova on the recommendation of a doctor, I am very pleased! And on the same day we underwent two additional examinations and passed tests, very convenient: parking is free, everyone is wearing masks, the nurse wipes everything, processes it, sofas for patients at the required distance, thanks to the doctor and the head of the medical center!

On March 16, 2020 I called a cardiologist at home. The appointment was scheduled for 03/19/2020 at 16.00, it was reported that the doctor Alekseeva would arrive. By the appointed time, the doctor did not come. We call the center and find out that the doctor is not coming to us. Really it was impossible to warn in advance. We would look for other options and find another doctor.
