Awful !!! They just ruined my life with their crooked hands for three months ahead !!!! A certain Olga, the hairdresser of this institution, instead of making the “feathers” of the lungs that lay on her cheeks, cut off half of her head so much so that with every movement her hair climbs into her eyes. I wanted to look good for a meeting that was important for me, and I now look like a schoolgirl with a gum sticking out of her hair. Burn in hell!
