The staff is normal, but do not want to work 100%, any specialist must wait for everyone to do their job. A hospital blood test is not done, it is necessary to do it in other institutions, leaving the territory is prohibited, only with permission and then for the medicine. In the local "stall" -cafe everything is expensive from a regular hypermarket. The food is good.
