An unpleasant situation happened to me in this store. I came to the Zolla store 09.09.2020 at about 16-30 to choose a jacket. I also had a jacket in my hands, purchased from this store a year earlier. During fitting, my phone received a call, I left the store picking up my jacket. For about five minutes in the corridor of the shopping center, I talked on the phone. At this time, an employee of the ZOLLA store approached me, who began to claim that I had stolen a jacket from the store. To which I suggested that this employee look at the cameras and talk nonsense. Not heeding the arguments of reason, the previously mentioned employee began to snatch my jacket (which contained the keys to my car, documents and wallet) from me. I had to interrupt my phone call and took my jacket back. A verbal skirmish ensued. Then I went to this store at the checkout and asked to call the store manager to explain to me the actions of their employee. The administrator came to me. At this time, the main character of this action hid in the far corner of the store. I explained the situation, showed my jacket, explained again that it was far from new. The administrator agreed with my arguments and left to receive explanations from the grief-employee. When I returned five minutes later, the administrator asked me to leave my phone number. To date, no one has contacted me like that. What can I say what kind of manager and characters work. The photo of the overdressed employee is below. The level of my indignation is growing every day.
