I visited this branch of the Children's World on a weekend. I made an order in the IM, showed the availability of goods only in this branch. I came to pick up the order (although not a branch close to me), on the way to the store an SMS arrived that the order was partially assembled. It turned out that the store was re-sorted and the site was showing incorrect information. I went specifically for a certain product, it turned out that it was not there. I wanted to pick up the remaining goods from the order, but could not find them at the pickup counter. The sector was not specified in SMS. When I approached the sectors, I saw 3 large trolleys full of goods, in them lay printed order forms. I didn’t have the time or desire to look for my own! As a result, I took the goods in the hall. But I will not order it in this store anymore. I want to note the work of the cashier! Friendly and with a purchase on December 29 in the amount of over 1000 rubles. the cashier issued a discount coupon for the purchase in January (and in another branch, on Salyutnaya St., the cashier did not do this).
