Here I had a pleasant experience. He came to change the keyboard to MacBook, asked to make a diagnosis and give the device on time of delivery - agreed, made a diagnosis within a few hours. Secondly, I expected that I would pay for the replacement of 20+ thousand, but no, it turns out that the laptop on the extended warranty will be made free of charge! A nice bonus, everything is fair, which is not often in our days.
