April 12 refuel at this gas station. When paying, an incorrect check was issued (the left edge of the check was cut off). The part where the date, cost per liter, operation number is cut off. A check is necessary for reporting to the organization for refund of fuel and lubricants. The request to issue a copy of the check or a sales receipt, was refused. There is one answer to all questions - we do not know anything and will not do it! When contacting the hotline, the operator answered in the same way - I do not know, I can not help. I don’t advise dealing with a company whose employees do not know their duties, nor the law of the Russian Federation, nor elementary respect when communicating with clients.

The staff is not friendly and I would still like to come to the gas station and get out of the car not in a puddle, but stand on a dry surface and go up to the checkout counter not to think that in case you have to lean on, your clothes will get so dirty that you you will have to spend more time to wash your clothes from dust!
