Pros: delivery to a distant neighborhood (350 p.); high-quality balls, flew from May 9 to May 23, more than 2 weeks; the courier called half an hour before delivery, came in a protective mask, gloves and kept a distance. On this plus ended. Cons: a little irresponsible attitude of the staff that deals with orders. First of all, I want to note that when ordering, they are supposed to indicate the wishes of the client. Fortunately, or, unfortunately, I understand the meaning of this word. I indicated my wishes, asking in advance: “is this possible?”. Of course, the staff agreed with me, confirmed my wishes and safely forgot, did not have time or for some other reason did not fulfill the wishes. The wishes were as follows: 1) since I ordered fantasy balls in my head without seeing my composition in their photographs, I asked if it was possible to photograph the order when it was assembled, which I was promised to send a photo for, suddenly I wouldn’t like it and You can add more balls. This was not done, for which they meagerly answered that they apologize; 2) in the same way, there was a request to collect the balls in a bunch, like a “cloud”, and not a “fountain”. The second request also passed workers, they didn’t even want to answer this claim. They probably thought that such a whimsical client was not worth their attention. Now, one asks, is a customer wishes item necessary if they do not fulfill, having agreed in advance to fulfill them? They asked me to write a review, “if you like everything”, but excuse me, if you don’t like it, I’ll write it anyway. ❣️But they already contacted me, resolved the situation and apologized, not forgetting the gift.

Delivery is fast, the site is convenient for ordering, the staff is nice)) Even in quarantine delivered👍🏻 It is a pity that there was not the right color of balls. Therefore, I advise you to order in advance so that all colors are available)
