This is not my first time shopping. Courteous staff and pretty quick checkout. We managed to pass it under warranty without any problems, they came up with understanding.

Horrible attitude towards customers from employees. Specifically, the cashier: incorrectly executed the purchase, did not write off bonuses from the card, did not correctly issue the warranty card. In general, a purchase was made for the heater, but in fact we wanted to buy a meat grinder! How was this done? As a result, after three calls, the goods had to be returned. We were left without a purchase, we spent 2.5 hours of time, gasoline and nerves.
