I didn't like the store. When buying on credit, they did not say that I had to pay for insurance and 5 SIM cards and something else, from 11000 it turned into 19000. When I wanted to refuse the loan, I was not given my passport until the contract was signed. 5 people immediately attacked me asking why I came here at all? You have to be very careful with them.

The consultants are terrible, they imposed insurance upon the purchase and said that now I have to pay 20% of the repair cost for the phone repair using this insurance, as I was told there "this insurance acts like a helmet on a car ..." and the special conditions of the insurance contract were not issued , although the insurance company said that they are obliged to issue this document! And now, under these special conditions, I owe them 2000 rubles for repairs or 300 rubles for diagnostics! It turns out that I was simply confronted with the fact, although a month has already passed since the phone was handed over for repair. I’ll never go to the salons of this company again!
