I'm shocked by your seller. When asked to give a book of complaints, she said that she needed to have her own and would not give anything))))) until she got the phone. Then I was shown where it was and I had to beg for a pen !!!!! When I was writing a complaint, the seller Larisa Shchelkunova (I apologize if I wrote a mistake in the last name, but I had to secretly look at the badge and maybe I misread it) ran into the back room, put on a jacket and offered to go outside to figure it out. I have never seen or heard anything like this. The administrator did not go out to all these showdowns at all. It's a pity the video cannot be attached

Sometimes it seems that the products are simply dumped on shelves, especially in refrigerators. The staff is not friendly (not only in this store). The product range is good, prices are reasonable.
