It is very cool that they took up the reconstruction of its appearance and territory, but the word "Contemporary" probably should mean something else. Otherwise, I think it is out of date in the 80s and requires fundamental changes!

Not a bad DC, but it really requires updating everything inside. Furniture, tools, stage, repair ... - everything is old, not modern. I like quarterly staged photo zones and good staff, but I want creative beautiful to be invested in beautiful surroundings.
