The reception is always silent. queues for a medical examination. Nobody knows what or how. We have to ask for information. Doctors sit in several offices and chat. They speak rudely, do not answer questions

Came in the morning to hand over materials for analysis. I went to the counter, greeted asking the girl in a white coat with a southern tan how I can hand in the materials, and in return silence. In the meantime, in a hurry to work, I again ask how to hand over the materials. Then she slowly replies to me that her computer is loading. I say in response, but what could you not immediately say about it. After that, I could not restrain myself and expressed that I was thinking about her. Then the administrator came up and immediately resolved this situation. She executed the contract, she explained everything intelligibly. Thus, everything was successfully passed. Immediately there was, of course, a negative impression of this institution.

This is the best service in our city. In the literal and figurative sense. And that is, the atmosphere and level of knowledge of doctors and everything else is proportional and fully consistent with the requirements of normal medicine.
