After 20-30 minutes, they call to clarify the order and whether you need to add something. This confused me, because the website says the delivery time is 30 minutes, I ask - is my order being prepared? They replied that they would now hand it over to the cook and deliver it in about an hour and a half to two hours. I'm shocked. I say - why didn’t they start cooking as soon as we received it, did I pay it in full on the website? They replied that first you need to confirm the order by phone, then I asked why it took so long and why the delivery was only in two hours - they answered that they now have only one courier working and since my delivery address is 10 minutes from their store, oh I can come and pick it up in an hour and a half. I am outraged, I ask you to cancel the order and return the money. She asked what was needed for this, they said they would call back. No calls were received within an hour. I call - they don't answer. I am writing to the feedback form on the site - the maximum is inadequate - it is our own fault that we refused, we try, so we cook for a long time, you were even offered to pick up the order yourself, but you refused. After four days of meaningless correspondence from the series “when will the money be returned? Tomorrow? Is tomorrow coming to an end, when will the money be returned? Come and take it in cash, we cannot make a refund on the card ... ”Absurd. A week later, about the money came to the card. I will never order anything there again and will never recommend it to anyone.

We called back and clarified that they would bring the order in 1 hour and 15 minutes. After 5 minutes, they called back and reported that the order would be longer than 3 hours. What is it like? Is this a service ?? The first and last time we order rolls. The downside is that you first need to pay the coupon, and then the manager name his number. If you are not satisfied with the delivery time, which was agreed in advance, and then increased by more than 2 times, the cost of the coupon will not be returned back. As a result, there are more adequate roll ordering companies where you can order 2 kg of rolls for 1,500. The order was brought without wasabi, without ginger, soy sauce. After delivery, do not pick up the phone.

I ordered it for the night looking, as they say, impatiently сказали, they said they would bring it within an hour and brought it within 55 minutes. Warm and tasty ... I read other comics (not very joyful), soon it all depends on the change of cooks, but I'm happy guys ❤️

I can not write about my disappointment ... How do operators work there? How to cook? I don’t understand ... I ordered 7 different rolls, on the check they finally counted 8, and brought 7 !! Yes, and not the ones that I ordered !! My jamb-did not open the package at the courier, did not check ... trusted so to speak. The quality of the rolls is terrible, the hot rolls are not hot, with a certain smell yet ... As a result, the evening was ruined, didn’t eat anything, money wasted ... It's very annoying. We will no longer order here.
