I bought a subscription, but due to the current situation, I did not activate it and a week after the purchase I came to terminate the contract and return the money. By law, a refund must be made 10 days from the date of signing the refund application. Several months have passed and there is still no money. I wrote a claim. They called and said to come to the office to rewrite the application for a refund, they cheated, when I came there was no application for a refund, and they gave me an agreement retroactively with the purchase date where I absolutely and completely agree with the refund within 180 days. Very disappointed in this club. I did not expect from them such an attitude towards clients and deception with documents.
