I assume that they are the most common scammers. The act of diagnostics is issued only after the requirement, the repair contract is not concluded, the repairs are started on their own - that is, any price can be attributed. They wave away from the client, supposedly the repair has begun and they are operating with cosmic figures, without giving a reason, the purpose of the repair and work. To smear thermal grease for them is akin to sorting out an airplane engine in complexity - they take 500 rubles. There is no monitor, power cables, too - are asked to bring. What kind of service is this without BASIC EQUIPMENT? Extremely bad and disgusting. I recommend contacting them only for fun.
