2300 a night is totally unjustified. 1. Let's start with the location. Next to the railway, you can hear the passing trains very well. 2. the elevator is just awful. A nightmare. 3. the rooms are not monitored, in general, the sheets are in spools, the refrigerator is dirty, the mirrors are not wiped in the shower, the sofa is tattered, and even stains. 4. Problems with entering and leaving the parking lot, you need to call to open the barrier. You can stand and smoke bamboo. 5. was not in the room of the notorious red folder with information. 6. the guests did not have towels, to which the administrator said that they were not, and offered to dry off with a robe. but in general, the room itself is not bad, but there are not enough shelves, hooks in the toilet. But all BUT were described above.

Excellent Apart Hotel in Novosibirsk. The staff pleased with their friendly attitude. The room is comfortable. Everything is. Even a phone charger. I will be passing through - I will definitely visit you. I recommend it to travelers! There is a washing machine, which is important, you can cook food, there is all the dishes. I definitely recommend it! 💪🏻😁

Good afternoon, yesterday we had a rest with your beloved in your apartment, junior suite with a jacuzzi) is light cozy and stylish! From the 15th floor, a stunning view of the city appeared, as if you were not in Novosibirsk, but on vacation ❤❤ 🤤 the room has all the necessary dishes, plates, cups, glasses for wine, a washing machine, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a stylish table❤ A snow-white bed . Rested for fame, want more! The room has supplies - a toothbrush, soap, TB, shower gel and shampoo. Additionally, you can order a snow-white bathrobe and slippers ⭐ Friendly, lovely workers at the reception, I liked everything, I recommend

The rooms themselves are good, but the booking turned out to be some kind of nonsense! We booked a junior suite, liked the interior, the website indicated a discount price of 4200 (for 2 nights). In fact, we were accommodated in a standard room. The standard was cheaper, but the point was not even the price, and not even that we lived in such a room, but paid as for a junior suite. We wanted just a junior suite, exactly that interior. When leaving, the husband asked why. To which he was given the answer that we paid 4200, and the junior suite costs 5 tr., But the website contains exactly the price at which we booked, i.e. the staff themselves are not aware of the current price for their rooms🤷🏻‍♀️ And, in that case, why didn’t they return our 200 rubles overpayment? As a standard (without a discount), although of course, it would be more correct to call us back and tell us which number is left for us, we would have paid more and settled in the number we chose, otherwise, the decision was simply made for us not in our interests, and this extremely unpleasant!
