Really enjoyed my stay here - range of different spa treatments, comfortable room and good food.

The staff are nice and polite. The pool has very few whirlpools. And those that are, are included for some reason not all at once, but in turn. We have to watch when free. Some people do not understand that they are not alone who want to receive a massage, they sit next to them for a very long time. There are two cascading waterfalls, but for some reason they turn on one at a time, alternately. Country hamam. How just a warm room without steam. In the aroma sauna it is not clear where is AROMA? The sauna is cold. Russian bathhouse - normal, hot. Deluxe room without air conditioning. There are no hooks in the shower for either the robe or the towels. I would rate it as a standard, just a larger area. ,

Little entertainment, no bike paths (there is absolutely nowhere to ride, if only in the city to the store). In addition to the pool, there is nothing else, but it would be possible to show movies in the evenings or arrange discos. There are no complaints about the rooms, everything is clean and changed on time (bed linen, towels, bathrobes). The menu is also good for a week never repeated. Thanks 😊

Do not visit this place in any way. Booked a two-room "family" room. 1. Arrived half an hour before checkout time. The attendant made me wait half an hour, "because the checkout time has not come yet." While they were waiting, of course, more new arrivals arrived, a queue formed. I waited half an hour for "checkout time", another 20 minutes in the queue. 2. Territory. "Thermal Complex" is an abandoned Soviet sanatorium with a badly washed down European-style renovation. The territory is surrounded by a collapsed board fence with huge holes through which a truck can pass. Didn't notice any guards. 3. Number. Handles are broken on all doors. The lock on the front door is broken. The toilet is leaking. The shower head is broken in the bathroom. There are not enough slats in the bed, so the mattress falls through. The price of the room is at the same time as a five-star in Turkey. 4. In the neighboring rooms, someone is constantly smoking, despite the ban. Tobacco smoke draws in through the windows into the room. In general, the room is very stuffy. 5. "The famous thermal complex". I didn't even go down to these pools, the first 4 points were enough for me
