In my opinion, they work poorly, because constantly turn to the door, only one ticket office out of two works. The beginning of the working day does not start on time. And couriers generally don’t deliver correspondence or throw it in the slot of the access door. I understand that the staff turnover is large, the salary is small, but citizens are not to blame. No need to be so neglectful of your work!
