I see the first branch with such a terrible service. Hamlo employees to get their order or a letter you need to defend a huge queue and employees do not move. They stood for almost an hour, so the line did not reach me. More than 3 employees run around, but one takes, in general, I do not advise this department. Just awful 🤷😡

To pick up a parcel post or a letter, everyone is in the same line: who pays for the intercoms, and choose the subscription of magazines, and the design with the packaging of parcels. We have to wait a very long time, because all this is done by 1 person, and the rest are not very eager to help unload the queue - they are busy, then the reason is in one computer for all the mail. Modern programs have not accelerated processing unfortunately.
