Yesterday in the afternoon I received an SMS stating that we need to pick up the parcel. There were no paper notices. Today at lunchtime, when I came for the package, I was told that it was sent back to China, because the deadline has expired. How is that? Most likely, the package they just lay somewhere in the rubble. Not only did I wait for it for 2 months, but I still haven't received it at all! Russian Post, you do not know how to do the job, so don't take it!

Oh, what are you ?! Not so bad. I want to pick up the parcels after work, hours at 19:00. Rarely when there is a queue. One or two people, this is not crime. They’ve never shouted or shouted. If you come, say hello, smile, then the attitude is good. And if you show your dissatisfaction from the threshold, then you get an answer.

Very nice staff. Very quick and in themselves nice ladies. It takes so much to fill, I would have bothered longer. I have been going to this department for many years, although earlier I shuddered from the word mail)))

She came at 15.32. Turn . The worker put a sign break 15 minutes and she stands on the street smokes. Is this normal? I was honestly shocked.

I received a lot of packages in this department for 4 years. Ladies work very quickly. This is a small office and there are few employees - this is to the question that one window works. Mail itself has organized an excessively many services, and that’s the turn. But the staff are great fellows.
