When the Russian Post will work normally, a parcel arrived - a vase, smashed to smithereens, and how many were lost on the way, today my husband came for the parcel, forgot the mask, was not allowed of course, came in a mask, they serve a man without a mask !!! Why is it possible for some and not for others ?! Horror is just awful !!!

I would set it to 0 if that were possible. I called the department, an inadequate woman sent me, says "come and ask. There is nothing to call." I tracked the parcel, but it was on their mail, although it should not be there, the address is clearly indicated on the parcel, but they do not send it to him. For what reason, huh? My goods should have arrived at my address today. And you, not adequate, took and do not give. Why do you need a phone if you don’t know how to talk normally with customers? Opportunities to come - I do not, because I'm not from the city.
