What can I say, yes, this option does not quite resemble the original soup, but it is definitely the best option for what I ate in Novosibirsk. The broth is saturated, acid in moderation, not empty. Beautiful mushrooms, large shrimp. I did not see the galangal, but the guys say that they remove the excess. I believe in the word (I hardly remember its taste). On noodles, I can say she is good, I would like to see nuts, but that would already be like pad thai :) I left full and satisfied.
