The organization does not transmit to Rospotrebnadzor the results of positive tests for Covid !!! Literally: "We took the tests, you paid the money. More and more we do not owe anything." Teach Natalia Germanovna to communicate by phone! Not only is he rude and hangs up, he does not say what kind of referent the laboratory is re-examining my analyzes. I cannot help but find out the results, not get an answer about whether my results have been submitted to the Federal Consumer Rights Protection and Consumer Rights Administration or not. Because of this, my wife and child are sitting at home for the second week without supporting documents. Moreover, they do not want to check the child in the children's clinic for Covid, because I am not in the database to which the Rospotreb must add me, to which the laboratory must transfer. Do not save money, return from those who will transfer if something happens.

Poor quality work, very bad attitude towards clients. A positive result came for covid, after rechecking it turned out that everything was fine, the result was negative, but no one told us about this. We spent a week in quarantine, spent on medications, thank you very much for this work.
