I handed over the parcel to another city today. They took 350 rubles for the transfer, instead of 250 rubles as I thought on the site. I asked the operator why it is so expensive, for which VA Yeremeyeva and the second telecom operator said that from 1.06.2020 an additional cost is charged for processing the parcel through the operator. I tried to clarify where it is written, they did not clearly answer me. Be careful!

Despite periodic queues, staff tries to be polite. But not all. Sometimes only one girl works at all, which affects the speed of the department. When the parcel appears in the post office, they send an SMS and you don’t have to wait until the postman brings the notice. In my opinion, it’s even better) But immediately upon receipt, you still need to fill out a notice.
