I live in Novosibirsk a little, but I often visit the post office. All the girls work very well. They will always tell you what and how, always friendly and kind. It is very pleasant to receive parcels from them. I also used home delivery two times, they brought everything home. And those who write bad reviews, apparently in other cities, were not at the post office, and in the central offices of Novosibirsk, there really is a queue like in the Mausoleum, there are also angry and dissatisfied everyone. Let's be kinder and more tolerant, and so there is a lot of negativity in the world.

The department does not constantly have normal service - if there are 5 people in line, then you will simply be idle for more than an hour. But as I understand it is not the fault of the staff. They just cut them all there. The chief and her deputy work for the operators.

One cash desk works. There and with letters and parcels. I don’t want to order anything already, knowing that I’m just idle in this establishment. Couriers bring home parcels to someone. And we can’t even throw a notice in a box at the time. Very bad
