Despite the fact that a team of young employees did a good repair, the attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. They do not take the phone at all either in the morning or in the evening. The certified letter in the mail was 11 days and it was impossible to find out. The postman does not deliver mail at all. The parcel stayed there for 10 days, until they called from Moscow. Most importantly, they didn't even apologize. There is no light on the landing, you go up to the 1st floor by touch. It's a shame that I live in a place forgotten by God.
