Do you think it's normal that you need to take a queue from 7 in the morning to get help for work and go eeg ???? Hospital workers, you know that people come to you from all over the city and even from the region, and now it is winter, so open the doors, let the people in !!!! Why should people stand to freeze on the street for 1.5-2 hours ?? !!!!! What a mess the hospital administration is looking at !!! Are you there?

Be careful!!! If you need ONLY a certificate from a psychiatrist for a driver’s commission (for 250 rubles), and you get a driver’s certificate in another clinic, you should be in Building 1, Floor 2. You do not need to go to the registry. There is a bank transfer at the box office. On the territory there are signs "traffic police commission", you do not need to go there !!! There are practically no queues in building 1. In building 6, you can fully issue a driver’s commission, but there are huge lines.

It’s sad that we have such a mess everywhere .. To get honey. the commission needs to stand an incredible queue that starts on the street, given the fact that you need to get to the second floor at the registry this is very sad ..
