We are waiting for our insurance claim payment for more than a month. There is no answer to the claim, not just in 10 days, but in general. Also, more than a month did not call a letter from the company with a response to the claim. I understand that this situation is now with them not only with our payment, but with many, but you can at least somehow inform clients about when this situation will be resolved. Calls to the central office also do not help, they promise to call back / figure it out and have never called back!

A small, almost home insurance company. There are interesting and necessary insurance products. Parking is not very ... but not worse than others.

We are waiting for the payment a month after signing the agreement, I will not advise anyone on insurance !!!

They didn’t answer the phone, a gross refusal was given to the request to enter the data in the CTP insurance policy in connection with the replacement of rights, referring to the fact that they do this only after 15:00, although Moscow says that you can go to the office at any time, but while the workers were idle and said that Moscow was not a decree for them. The most miserable insurance company I have ever seen, never be safe here.
