I want to share my difficult story. In the context of the current situation related to the coronavirus, I was voluntarily and compulsorily asked to write a withdrawal of my own free will, so that no one wants to pay just like that to a person out of their own pocket. That's how I was left without everything - and after all, I want to eat, and children at home, and loans, mortgages. In general, everything piled up. I went to the bank, but they said that it was necessary to close the debt in any case, the epidemic was not their fault. After that, persistent calls began from collectors and from the bank about the debt. I even lost my sleep and shied away from everyone I met. A friend advised me to go to a law firm to declare bankruptcy. They only asked me to collect all the necessary documents in due time, and the firm took over all the questions regarding the court and legal issues, while saving me nerves and time. I think everything will be fine! Thank you guys for being there at such a difficult time for me!

It is very difficult to enter bankruptcy on your own without the help of lawyers. Now, having finished the bankruptcy procedure, I understand this more clearly. Turning to "Debtor Prav" (Chelyabinsk), from the first call I received detailed advice on the course of the procedure, without smearing explained everything "from" and "to", the price for the service turned out to be acceptable, offered a comfortable installment plan to pay for the service, and concluded an agreement. "Debtor Rights" has a whole team of professionals, there is no confusion, delays and other things, they consult in detail at every stage! In practice, the debtor will only need to collect documents for the court; the rest is done by the company's lawyers. The procedure for entering bankruptcy took 7 months (excluding the time required to collect documents, approximately 1-2 months), time flew by quickly and now I am not a sad defaulter, but a happy bankrupt!
