The unit's work isn't perfect, yes. And the room is old, and there are queues. But now it has become incomparably better than it was five years ago. In most cases, I just come, stand in line from a couple of people and receive the package without any problems, confirming my identity with the code from sms.

Three parcels from China were returned to the sender a month and a half ago. I found out about it yesterday, when I visited the post office. That is, the parcels lie, they do not come for them, we silently send them back to the sender at the end of the storage period. Call? What for? Outrageous.

Apparently, we are just constantly lucky: no queues, no lost packages / letters / postcards. And with the advent of covid, they began to use the parcel delivery service and courier delivery - in general, beauty. Thanks for your work!

A very small, stuffy room, huge queues, the load on the post office is enormous, a huge number of houses serve and just do not take it all out, the district is growing, there is no post office.
