It used to be worse. Now at least the workers are quicker. However, computers still freeze, parcels are lost, operators are rude, always unhappy with everything. Whenever I go to the post office, I mentally prepare myself for a huge, sluggish queue, in which social distance is not observed, half of the people have no masks. Operators also wear masks no higher than the nose. Disinfection in the hall is not carried out, since the stale smell does not change over the years, there are no sanitizers, and then we wonder why there are so many cases of COVID ... And here it is! Parcels come from everywhere, and the operators are not wearing gloves.

This post office has improved in the last six months. The employees are mostly young and stress-resistant, no one snorts or freaks out. If the client "snorts and freaks out" - they do not react emotionally, but try to quickly and efficiently resolve the issue. There are problems with queues, lost items, as with any mail, but in general, employees are trying to solve them. They lost my translation, searched for two weeks, went there three times and called three times - I was found in the end and had been waiting for me in the database for a month, although no one had found it before. No one understood why this happened, most likely there was an error with the database, but every time the post office employees tried to help me as much as possible within their powers: they wrote down the data, asked the authorities, contacted the main post office, etc.

Nice office. Unfortunately, the machine for determining the queue often does not work. The staff is diligent, qualified.

Minus star for a long wait: you always have to wait half an hour, and all the cash registers rarely work. Only once did it happen that they opened an extra cashier. But then there were no visitors practically. Minus the second star for the stench in the room, both from the sewer. And do not say that the building is old, etc. Sberbank is located in the same building. And there is no unpleasant smell.

Terrible staff, the queues are huge, as they were, although it would seem that they have introduced an electronic queue, things should go faster, but it’s getting dumb! With a ticket from the electronic queue (when it works at all), you have to stand in a live queue. Only one window works - both for the delivery of parcels, and for reception, and for payment. Opening hours indicated on the Internet do not coincide with reality. Electronic notifications do not come immediately, I generally keep silent about paper! (come in a month) In a word, a disgusting statement. It’s better not to go there. The mood will never stay good !!!
