Slow work of employees! On the day I visited this bank, 1 client was in front of me. I waited my turn HOUR. And then my situation was examined for more than an hour (namely, they called 3 friends to verify my identity). And after me another 3 or 4 people were waiting. The employee did not even think of calling someone for help or at least a little hurry.

This is the only bank where to pay for a loan you need to sit for about an hour !!!!!!! two employees work — one on deposits and the other on loan processing !!!!!!!! why to get to the cashier , you need to sit out a huge amount of time, get to one of the employees, so that you would be given a receipt, and only after that you will get to the cashier desk !!!! where else did you see such nonsense ????? nobody reacts to the questions, nor who is not in a hurry !!!!!! disgusting service !!!!!!

They do not pick up the phone, all issues are resolved by the personal number of the bank manager, tellers make stupid mistakes, substituting unreasonable interest rates for clients, delaying the simplest procedure (transferring your own money from this branch to another region took a week + a lot of expenses for calls).
