I went to this store at 21:00 to make a purchase. In the room there are 2 sellers behind the checkout. For health reasons, I am unable to squat and bend over. I asked the seller to come up for help with the purchase. Through the entire store, she spent a long time figuring out what I want. Then she finally came up. I began to explain that I needed yogurt with a specific flavor from the lowest shelf. Without listening to me, she ran to the warehouse. Brought out the wrong one. The second time I tried to explain what I needed, but again, without understanding, she went to the warehouse all irritated. A minute later I returned again with the wrong product that interests me. Although the desired product was in the refrigerator and I just needed help to get it. When I told her for the second time that I was interested in another yoghurt, the seller muttered "Lord, how tired" she suggested, in a full voice, to go back to the refrigerator and show what I wanted. At this point, my physical strength of walking around the store was over, and morally I was hurt. having a disability, I try to be as independent as possible in self-service. And in this situation, I felt not just an invalid, but just some kind of scum of society who still wants something in this life. Hope management sees this review. Will review the surveillance cameras for 10/04/20 21:00 and take due action against the seller. This is the only time that I have been treated this way in this chain of stores. Usually sellers, given that this product is in stock, always listened to my request to the end, thereby rationally using their work and my personal time.
