Turned a couple of times for gluing glass. The first lagged after half a year. Re-glued, eyes on the floor but took the money as expected. My third appeal on the chip, a good master caught, five years and no problems. But unfortunately I had to turn again about the chips and cracks. The master immediately declared, I do not bear a guarantee. Well, if you don’t carry it, don’t take money for your work. After repair, the machine almost did not use. At the place of the cleavage a web went, came again to the master, the conversation ended with a curse. One answer from him, I do not give a guarantee. I think that I did my job “wave it off”. I conclude: I will not turn to the workshop, I will not recommend it. If you apply, then only to trusted masters or stand and monitor the work being done, which I unfortunately did not do. It should be a shame to the leadership for the fact that such negligent masters spoil the reputation of the company. And one more thing I’ll check in the near future why they work without cash registers, which means they are not responsible for their work.
