In this tax was not for a long time. My previous impressions set me on a long hike and the expectation of not very polite employees. However, to my sincere surprise, the electronic queue, an apology for the short wait (an employee waited 7 minutes) and thanks for using electronic services on the tax website. Everything is fast, 15 minutes (although it could take 5 days)
