We applied for a certificate of age, a woman gave out coupons, as I understood she was replacing a young girl, when we came up with my 81-year-old grandmother, the woman said call to write, today you won't get in, as a result a young one comes up, she says, I will give you a coupon, sent us for office number 1 or 2 with a coupon, and there they just swirled this coupon. The impression was that they were working not with people, but with dogs. Disgusting place and attitude towards people. They need to put cameras in and if something happens, so that everyone is fined. I wish you to treat your employees the same way you treat people!

I dialed 778-67-67, a completely indignant woman answered the question, having clarified and hung up the phone more than once. She just screamed the answer, I was not deaf and everything was heard on the phone. It’s not an easy time for everyone, it’s hard for everyone, why is it to offend people. We turned to the UPFR for a certificate of age for my grandmother. We calmly took the ticket, it indicated that we had to wait 30 minutes, a lot! but tolerant, even warned. When our turn has approached we approach the window, and there is a live queue !!! In terms of?! Why then coupons ???? Why the girl advising on the terminal did not warn ??? As a result, they barely won back their turn, turning to the head !!! Employees of the UPFR understand already, in which century we live in 21, where everything is electronic or in the past, where is the live queue !!!

Today I applied to the URF for filing documents regarding the processing of a disability pension. Documents were not accepted. They said that it will be easier for me to do this at the MFC. I can’t understand for what purpose this organization exists ????
