leafing through the dead end regulatory section and can not find one of the Basic Laws of social protection- Law of the Chelyabinsk Region of 10.25.2007 N 212-ЗО (as amended on 06.26.2015) "On measures of social support for orphans and children left without parental care, remuneration due to the foster parent, and social guarantees for the foster family" (signed by the Governor Chelyabinsk region), that is, the database is not updated! Yes, and the provided documentation without active links ... It is a pity that the Ministry does not pay attention to this, and all sorts of Guarantors have arrogated the right to open these documents and cannot be found in open use, and the school year has begun and the data are urgently needed !!!
