Polite, patient staff, ready to help, but only at the time of purchase. On other issues - problems. After the department closed in the "Riviera" had to go to pay a loan to the "Children's World". While communicating with the payment terminal everything is fine. As soon as you have to contact the staff, problems begin. Queues, slow work, one working cash desk, sullen faces. Yesterday I stopped to make another payment, the terminals again do not work. The gloomy girl said that because of their internal problems, I had to submit a contract. Earlier, I paid by phone number. The first and last time I bought something in the "Connected". And I do not advise others.
