As always awful feedback on the post bank. When confirming the account on state services, the pensioner was deceived and imposed no-need garbage - the card of their bank, thereby violating the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 (as amended on 04.06.2018) "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and "The Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses "dated December 30, 2001 No. 195-FZ (as amended on October 11, 2018) (as amended and supplemented, effective from October 29, 2013)
