Today they called me and said that two of my parcels were in the mail, of course I didn’t receive any SMS or notifications when I arrived at the post office and stood a huge queue as usual, but all because there was only one window and one employee working, soon two more elderly grandmothers appeared, I applied for a passport and said that they called me and I needed to pick up the parcels, and at that moment, these two grandmothers began to be indignant that no one could call them to engage in such garbage once and without even looking they said that my parcels were gone. How does the system work at the post office? No notices, not in paper form, not in electronic form, come in, call, do not call and simply refuse to do their work and see parcels

Often visit this post. Employees are polite, there are lines, as elsewhere, but employees try to serve quickly. No complaints
