Disgusting mail job! In early November, I sent a postal order to another city. The operator made a mistake and sent the transfer to the sender's address. The transfer lay for more than a month in the department and did not go to the recipient. The fact that the money was in the name of the recipient, I did not receive a notification. The real recipient wrote 2 applications for the wanted list, all without an answer. In the end, they returned the money without the cost of the transfer. It turns out that I paid for someone's mistake. The head of the department refused to address this issue.

The guys are trying. Recently, with the introduction of an electronic signature for receiving the parcel, the visit is no more than 10 minutes. There is no air conditioning in the room, it is stuffy on hot days.

Constant problem with shipping packaging. Only the largest and most expensive box size is always available, and you see in its packaging you cannot send. There is also no restless calculation. We have to wander around the entire area or even the city and instead of 15-30 minutes spend 2-3 hours. Extreme disrespect for someone else's time.

Worst place in the whole city. The notification of the parcel was formed on the 20th, the notification itself appeared in the mailbox only 29. For 9 days you can walk to Ekat on foot without really straining, so all the excuses about the fact that the postman does not have time, please consider it as complete garbage
