I come a second time, but this is definitely the last. Of all the windows, one works. The second operator just walks around the department and eats everything that she finds on the floor (well, she just ate something and walked, I did not delve into it). It took 10 minutes to send one package, in other departments they cope for 2. This is a department for everyone who misses the USSR.

The queue stands, the salary goes. Center of Chelyabinsk, Tuesday. A single queue for receiving and sending and receiving a pension is wonderful !!!! Of the 6 windows, two work. Do not rush the girls, but where to rush? Many in the queue have several departures or receipts. The kiosk with envelopes is closed, at 3:18 p.m.
