Banquet hall in the house of culture - somehow out of place

A great place for a business lunch if you arrived on business at lunchtime in the city center. Nonresident people are rolling along the Subway signboard, but they don’t know that you can eat hot soup very close by. The only thing is, the waitresses are a little undereducated, they grab bread at you when they bring food. Are there any plates?
