The first time, when they just appeared in this post office, they pestered all visitors to the mail with obsessive offers - to open an account, issue a credit card, and so on. It bothered me (most likely others too). Then they tempered the ardor. It became calmer. I issued a credit card via the Internet, indicated this branch as the nearest one. All papers were completed quickly. I came here only to put signatures in paper copies, to get copies in my hands and the credit card itself. There is also an ATM nearby. It is a pity that it is not round-the-clock, but Post-Bank is part of some kind of cooperation of banks, which includes VTB, which is full of round-the-clock ATMs.
