First they voiced one amount, then in the process they began to call another. They transported one single sofa and the movers were taking time as they could. Then, as a result, they broke the armrest near the sofa, picked up the phone once, dropped the call in the middle of the conversation, and now they do not pick it up.

Appealed to the agency when moving to a new apartment. First of all, they informed us immediately about the cost, and secondly, they picked up a convenient time for me and arrived on time. Appealed to the agency to organize the relocation of 1 room apartment. Ordered Gazelle 4 m. And two movers. We arrived at exactly the appointed time. We packed all the things in advance in boxes and 25-liter bags. Of the large things there was a sofa and a fridge of 195 cm, but a lot of boxes. Vacuum cleaner, muztsentr and other trifles packed stretch film, which provided for 300 rubles per roll agency. The move took 5 hours. All clearly, correctly, nothing hurt, did not break, the only thing that shipped slowly. Not any smoke breaks and conversations in order to pull time, just slowly was loading and unloading. In general, the impression is good.

I ordered a move from apartment to apartment, in the end I received a dirty sofa and torn linoleum on the floor in a new apartment I was advised of all complaints: 1) it is better to wrap the sofa in a film (although the loaders were wrapped up!). Sofas with beige fabric upholstery apparently cannot be worn differently except to put this upholstery on the ground and turn over. 2) they didn’t tear the linoleum, it was me who had broken it specifically (for what reason? No one thought to do a discount or compensation) And as a whole, I barely move, a two-room apartment of 35 square meters was transported for six hours (!), While the kitchen set and large appliances such as a refrigerator and a washer I transported before that
