Upon arrival, they said you can safely walk for 40 minutes. In fact, they washed the car in 27-28 minutes, took the car, it is unrealistic to notice defects in dim lighting, after leaving I noticed stains and remnants of insects on the nose and hood, but with that - okay, washing flaws happen. Immediately after, at 21:00 I phoned the partners, stopped for a meeting right in the car, 50 meters from the car wash. During the meeting, I noticed that one of the air flow direction regulators was missing, after a little searching, I found it on the floor near the passenger seat. This regulator worked properly before the wash. I returned to the Washer, the first reaction was semi-adequate: “so it was broken” (seriously ?! And how did I use it without any problems? Okay, further); "Drive up tomorrow after 10, now there is no administrator, we will decide." I drive up on 07/24/2020 at 10:35, the same washer already with a collision: “you drove me up in half an hour, I had to right away,” they say, walk and get out. I say, let's talk to the administrator-manager. We call Andrey (head of the car wash, apparently). I quote: "I don't want to hear this garbage in half an hour, goodbye." It turns out: I pay the market price for Tagil for the service, I get not quite high-quality performance, they break my property and send me away. No, I would not entrust a single respected person to this Office. It's easier to endure the limited opening hours of the uraltech center or, for example, drive a couple of kilometers where customers are not treated like cattle boys. But: I would check right away, they would insist that I broke the part myself before washing, based on such communication with the client. This part cannot be bought separately, on Ali only the fan grill is completely for ~ 2k.

Convenient work schedule. Fast, but not high quality. Wipe with dirty rags. All the glass remained in a divorce.
