Terrible service. I recently sent a promise, everyone is doing it very slowly, the documents are filled out with errors, and to all this, the operator Anton did not issue a receipt with a track number for tracking.

They give out quickly, but sometimes the terminal breaks with coupons .. Then the chaos returns .. But in general, progress on the face is already the same mail that 10 years ago !!

Disgusting mail, steal and lose parcels, queues are long. I wish the speedy ruin and collapse of this company.
